Contact forms store your name, email address, phone number (required for brochure downloads, otherwise optional), selected property, requested brochure and message so Hanno can respond. Build Your Own requests store your verified account identity, email and access status. Only the owner can review requests and grant access. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your submitted details.
Brochure access during your visit
After a successful brochure request, this tab temporarily remembers your name, email, phone and enquiry consent in session storage for up to four hours. Further brochures you actively request are recorded with those details without another form. Use “Use different contact details” to clear this information. These details are not stored in permanent local storage.
External services
The interactive map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap when it comes into view; this sends your IP address and technical request information to that service. Fonts and property imagery are served with this website. Podcast and press links open their publishers’ websites; no video player is loaded automatically. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. A session flag prevents the contact invitation from appearing repeatedly. Sign-in uses Wix member authentication. Contact and access requests are stored in the Wix account of Bahamas Homes and are accessible only to authorized administrators. Contact and brochure enquiries are also transferred to Hanno’s private Google Sheets enquiry overview for follow-up. This includes contact details, the selected property or brochure, your message, language and submission date.
Partner referrals
If you arrive through a partner landing page, this tab remembers the partner name and landing-page path for up to four hours. These details are saved with contact enquiries, brochure requests and enquiries made before continuing to Zoom. We use them to attribute enquiries to the referring partner. Enquiries from that partner may also be included in a separate partner-specific Google Sheet with your contact details and enquiry, without our internal notes or unrelated leads. The stored timestamp records receipt of the enquiry, not confirmation of a Zoom appointment.
Your requested information
After an enquiry, Wix sends a personal acknowledgement with your requested brochure link and an optional Zoom booking invitation. We record the send status to avoid duplicate messages. Delivery and link interactions may be recorded by Wix. You can unsubscribe using the link in the email. Brochures remain available directly after submitting the website form; no email confirmation is needed. Automatic follow-up sequences, WhatsApp messages and SMS are not enabled.
Zoom consultations
Booking links open Zoom Scheduler only when selected. Zoom processes the details you enter there to schedule your consultation and create the meeting. Hanno’s connected Google calendar checks availability and receives the appointment. Booking does not grant Build Your Own access. Zoom’s privacy information.

For properties presented on this website that are not projects of Bahamas Homes Development, real estate brokerage services are handled by James Sarles Realty in Grand Bahama. Hanno Strack does not act as an independently licensed real estate broker in The Bahamas in relation to these properties.

Prices are in USD and subject to confirmation. Availability, delivery dates and specifications are project-specific. Architectural visualizations are illustrative. Current photographs, where available, are labelled separately. No statement on this website guarantees property appreciation, rental returns, residency or universal tax exemption. The seller and contractual counterparties are identified in the individual transaction documents.
